You will see a drop down list with New Tab, New Window, Open, Save, Save As, Page Setup, and Print. Whenever you save a file with either Save or Save As, Windows will automatically save the file in .txt format, which will launch it in Notepad.
Open: Takes you to an “Open” file window where you can select and open a document that is already saved on your computer. Save: Saves the document you are working on with the name you first assign. Save As: Saves the document you are working on with a new name you assign.
